Candidates are required to attach Rank Card and 10+2/Diploma (LEET) Pass Certificate & proof of fee deposit (Rs.500/-) with complete filled Admission form. The filled Admission form same may be sent on OIACADEMIC@GMAIL.COM or deposit personally in the Institute .
